Education:
• Diploma in Engineering / B.E. (Mechanical / Electrical)
• MBA (Mkt) - Would be an added advantage

Experience:
• In Business Development / Marketing
• Minimum 3 to 5 Years _ One person and
• Minimum 8 to 10 Years (or more) _ One person

Job Description: Marketing and Business Development.

Responsibility:
As a Senior member of Business team, Key role of BDE is to drive Business Services Revenue through generating New Clients and developing leads with existing clientele.
• Identifying Prospective Clients and generating Business.
• Generating leads though cold calling and Web Research for Prospective Clients.
• Building & Maintaining positive Business relationship with clientele.
• Business Development.
• Develop & execute effective Business Plans.
• Align well with operation team to develop deep client relationships, Build Supportive, flexible team and manage productivity.

Skills Expected:
Candidate should possess the following leadership qualities:
• Business maturity and consultative skills (problem-solving, negotiation, assessment, speaking / presentations, technical writing, listening, facilitation, project management, ability to influence, and management of billable work).
